May 4-6: Honk!

If you are fan of the classic story The Ug ly Duckling, then you will enjoy the musical Honk, Jr., presented by Mainstage Center for the Arts Musical Theatre Company. Pet Picasso There are many  way s to show admiration toward y our pet, including turning y our favorite furry  friend into a painting. Valenzan o Winery  is holding a night out filled with painting and wine sipping to raise money  for Semper Fido. May 10-26: Cat on a Hot Tin Roof

Pulitzer Prize-winning Cat on a Hot Tin Roof is bringing its dysfunctional yet moving story to the Haddonfield Plays and Players. May 12:  Arts & Crafts

Experience a fun-filled family day at the Mullica Hill Arts and Crafts Festival where there will be local and out-of-state artists displ aying their own crafted items for purchase. There will be paintings, jewelry, photography, glassware, pottery and more for you to brows e through at this festival. Going the Distance Start off celebrating Burlington Day by  running Third State Brewing’s 5K. The participants will run through historic Burlington and prizes will be given to runners who plac e first, second and third overall. Symphonic Sounds The South Jersey  Pops Orchestra presents the Symphonic Festival. This will be the final installment of the orchestra’s 48th concert season featuring the 70-piece orchestra and guest vocalist Charlie Hannigan. The Mill Race Village Comic Book and Car Show is your chance to browse through old and new comics, movies, posters and more. This is a one-time event that will not be happening again, so make it a family affair. The event will also be hosting guest artists, costume groups, writers and a free car show. Awaken y our inner child at the N ew Jersey  Renaissance Faire, which has been creating a magical experi- ence for nine y ears.
