A trio of tossed greens to try this month

Big Apple Walnut Salad Salad Society in Sewell
Green, crisp Granny Smith apples overlay a fresh spring mix along with grilled chicken and hints of goat cheese. Both are complemented nicely by craisins and candied walnuts peppered throughout. Drizzle with a raspberry vinaigrette for a delicious kick of flavor.

Tossed Greek Salad, Zoës Kitchen in Moorestown
Taste the freshness of the Mediterranean with cucumbers, bell peppers and red onions. Feta and olives accompany the caramelized onions and pasta salad. Tossed with grilled chicken and Zoës dressing—this salad is appetizing to the eye and served with a hot pita side.

Quinoa Caesar Salad, Heart Beet Kitchen in Westmont
Change it up by substituting your average chicken Caesar salad with a salad rich in flavor and vitamins. Caesar salad doesn’t need chicken when it has every bit of protein you could possibly need from smoked chickpeas and quinoa. Avocado and croutons are sprinkled over a bed of mixed kale and arugula tossed with a cashew Caesar dressing.
